Please call us at 800-241-5571, or email at coopersgiftgallery@gmail.com for an authorization return number. This is an important step as no returns items will be accepted without this number. Number must be on the outside of the returned package.
When shipping the product back, please use any shipping service and keep a record of your tracking number (and return authorization number) in the event package is delayed, lost or mishandled.
If you received a product that is defective, Please notify us immediately.
For refund purposes, returns must be returned within 15 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in original box / packaging and in good condition to qualify for refunds. No shipping charges will be refunded
